Additional industries and applications
For education and campuses, organize access and cameras by building and schedule, with clear event responsibilities. For hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues, assess service entrances, shared spaces and event coordination. Casino deployments must follow the operator’s specific surveillance and review processes.
For data centers, logistics and warehouses, relate employee and vehicle access to operating areas. For parking, residential properties and offices, define visitor and authorized-personnel workflows. Each market requires its own risk assessment, compatible modules and documented scope.

Capabilities and applications
Unification at the command center
Security Center combines Omnicast video, Synergis access control, AutoVu plate recognition and Sipelia communications. Compatible intrusion alarms and device data can add context. Unification relates an event to relevant cameras and resources while reducing application switching. Scope depends on purchased modules and licenses.
Police and municipal coordination
For Puerto Rico Police and municipal departments, we propose organizing the system by areas, roles and access levels. Operators can verify an alert and share context with authorized personnel. Define monitoring responsibilities, assistance requests and incident documentation. Cross-agency connections require explicit agreements and permissions.
Mission Control
Mission Control organizes incident response using workflows and operating procedures. It guides operators, assigns responsibilities and follows incident status. We propose developing agency-specific procedures and validating them through exercises before operational use.
Clearance
Genetec Clearance manages digital evidence and permission-based sharing. Mission Control integration can transfer reports and recordings into a case. Define users, retention and disclosure responsibilities. Clearance is an additional component and should not be assumed included with every Security Center license.
Airports, ports and transportation
We propose linking access points, doors and perimeters with contextual video and organizing views by terminal, building or operating area. The goal is coordination among authorized staff. Engineering must follow each facility’s procedures; software installation alone does not establish compliance.
Banking, retail and properties
Banking designs can group branches and relate alarms to ATM and access-area video. Retail and shopping-center designs can organize cameras by store, parking and service area. Retention and permissions should reflect the customer’s investigative and operational needs.
Pharmaceuticals, healthcare and critical infrastructure
Pharmaceutical and manufacturing projects can document restricted-area access. Hospitals can separate permissions by role and care area. Water, energy and telecommunications projects can evaluate distributed-site supervision and technical alarms. These are application examples requiring specific design and validation.
Scalability and local operations
A deployment can grow from one building to multiple sites. Assess bandwidth, servers, storage, backup power and continuity during outages. Define updates, credentials, access records and support. ISEC helps size the platform for the customer’s workflows and long-term maintenance in Puerto Rico.
