Critical infrastructure
Genetec’s Jemena customer story describes centralized operations using Security Center and remote verification. It illustrates how an organization can oversee distributed facilities.

Security designed for your operation
Perimeters and sensitive areas
Prioritize vehicle entrances, fences, storage and technical rooms according to the impact of disruption.
Coordinated response
Prepare procedures to validate an alarm before mobilizing resources and record control-room decisions.
Operational continuity
Evaluate backup power, alternative communications, storage and recovery after failures as part of each facility design.
From planning to response
ISEC proposes starting with an assessment of risks, existing equipment and staff needs. The design should specify coverage, responsibilities, connectivity and acceptance criteria. A pilot allows views and procedures to be refined before expanding deployment.
Training should include realistic scenarios, evidence handling and permission reviews. Maintenance should include periodic tests, fault tracking and current documentation to sustain consistent operations.
